The Sims 3 recently got its year’s first Stuff pack, allowing you to take your characters to go back in time at least in fashion sense. The Sims 3 got its 70s, 80s, and 90s Stuff pack for the PC and Mac and it provides you the opportunity of getting the best of these decades and applying it to you characters. It offers clothing, hair styling and décor options; even the music is retro paying homage to the previous games.
The 70s brought in many additions to the partying but the major one was the Disco. The pack offers a Starlight Party Ball in addition to the bell bottom pants and wide collar suiting.
The pack also adds a Disco station to the in-game radio allowing you to listen to the 1970s with a slight twist; all the songs in the disco station are actually those that were part of the station in the original The Sims.
The 80s brings in its own neon scene with long hair, leotards, gym equipment like legwarmers and should erpads for office. Change your dressing wherever you go.
The Stuff pack also adds to the Rap channel in The Sims 3 some really slammed songs which were part of The Sims House Party Expansion Pack from that time. The audio developers experimented with a number of tunes, passed them on to musicians let them work their way with it and the result is what we are seeing.
